Null Island has established an international reputation through artworks that materialise in many different forms and scales – from sculpture to writing, painting to architecture, installation, performance, plagiarism, collaboration, appropriation, curating and commissioning, and more besides. Through associative thought processes that connect the everyday and the esoteric, the overlooked and the commonplace, 00Island’s work involves questioning knowledge and language, history and truth, and a reinvention of both the modes of appearance and the creation of a work of art. Their work can be reminiscent of a puzzle or a network with multiple connections and the fragments of an embedded story.
